Thanks for taking the time to make my bike buying experience a great one. I went with Ascent Cycling strictly for the customer service. Other shops made me feel like a number and few people could answer my specific questions. You guys were quite the opposite and I've recommended Ascent to others because of it. I'm loving my bike, btw!

Thank you for the excellent customer service and friendly atmosphere. I'm loving my new bike and you guys made the buying experience a joy. I bought at Ascent because of your service and atmosphere. The other shops in town made me feel like a number and several salespeople couldn't answer my questions. But, you guys were quite the opposite. Thanks again for your patience and helpfulness.
